After a successful 2023 event, BTL is back with BTL StarTech 2024 – a technological innovation program, aimed at providing a platform for innovative minds in the field of healthcare technology.
To bring in a more creative environment by collaborating institutions and industry to solve challenges related to Telemedicine, Wearable monitoring and algorithms in Healthcare.
Encourage and help innovators to convert their ideas into working prototypes.
Promote qualified innovators through social media and other platforms for better opportunities.
Possibility of joining with BTL to solve more complicated tasks as a BTL employee based on the available opportunities.
An ideal innovator is anybody interested in electronics and who can present workable-interesting-ideas:

First five promising ideas will be selected for the next phase of prototype development.The winners will receive the BTL StarTech title, certificate, and cash awards after successfully delivering the prototype. They will receive credit for their innovation. They will also receive much attention through social media.

Announcement of shortlisted ideas on social media as and when it is selected for Phase 2.
Registration closure on 30th Nov 2024, or when the top first five ideas qualified to Phase 2, whichever comes first.
Prototype development within one month from shortlisting
Send presentation and video of working prototype at btlinrd-hr@btlnet.com for evaluation within 30 days from idea shortsting.
Final Presentation and Awards
Final presentation at BTL office – date will be announced after receiving submission from all the shortlisted teams or 16th Jan 2025 whichever is earlier.
Results and Awards: on or before 16th Jan, 2025 after the final presentations and demonstration.

Team 1, consisting of Narra Hemantha Reddy and M Sai Krishna Reddy, emerged victorious in the esteemed StartTech 2023 competition. Their remarkable creation was a cutting-edge wearable health monitoring device, ingeniously crafted with an ESP32 microcontroller, a MAX30102 heart rate sensor, a GY906 temperature sensor, and an OLED display.
With unwavering passion, they delved into how the device exhibited its results, accentuating its profund significance in health monitoring. Their overarching vision was to fashion a user-friendly, yet sophisticated tool, one that would empower individuals with invaluable insights into their overall well-being.
